    Work from anywhere

    The team is in Belgrade. What matters is when you are available for a call, not where you are calling from.

    One client, one owner

    An account has a name attached. It does not get passed between people every month.

    The tools are paid for

    Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, the PSI API. A course or a conference too, where it makes sense.

    The numbers are open inside the team

    Everyone sees the results on every account. It is easier to ask for help when you can see where each account stands.

    You write to us

    An email to office@tangerineseo.com with your CV and one sentence about what interests you. A portfolio or a link to something you have done is worth more than a cover letter.

  2. Step 2

    A 30-minute conversation

    A video call. We ask how you would handle a specific situation from an account, not for definitions.

  3. Step 3

    A paid test task

    Small, real and paid. Two to four hours of work, not a week of working for free.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write.

You have no open vacancy. Is there any point applying?
There is. We read applications even with nothing advertised, and they are the first place we look when we need another person. We reply within two weeks, including when the answer is no.
Do you require experience?
For senior roles, yes. For junior roles and the internship, no - we want to see that you have tried something yourself and can explain why you did it that way.
What are the working hours?
Eight hours, a flexible start, but overlapping with the team from 10 to 16. Client calls happen in that window.
Do you work with freelancers?
Yes, for content and design. The terms and the scope are agreed per project and payment is on delivery.
