What the content on this site means
The articles, guides and case studies are our opinion and an account of our experience, based on data from projects we have run. They are not a guarantee of results and they are not advice on your own situation until we have looked at it.
The figures in the case studies are real and come from those clients' own Google Search Console and Google Analytics, for the period the case study states. The same approach on a different site, in a different field and at a different time produces different figures.
The free site check on this site is a rough assessment from publicly available data. It is not an audit and it does not replace one.

The text, photographs, graphics, code and the TangerineSEO name are ours or used under licence. They are protected by copyright law.
You are free to: read it, print it for your own use, and quote it with attribution and a link to the original page.

Enquiries, calls and quotes
Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract. An engagement begins when both sides have signed a quote or a contract setting out the work, the timeline and the price.
We process the data from an enquiry as set out in our privacy policy.
The free call lasts about 30 minutes and binds neither you nor us. If you miss it without cancelling, we will ask you to confirm the next slot a day in advance.
Prices on the site
The prices in the price list are starting, indicative figures, quoted in euros. The final price depends on the scope of the work and is set out in the quote.
The prices on the site are not a binding offer and we may change them without notice. A price agreed in a signed quote does not change for the duration of that quote.
Tax is applied according to the rules in force at the time of invoicing.
Liability
We work to keep the site running and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the writing contains no errors. We correct a mistake when we spot it or when you report it.
We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of articles on this site without our involvement in your situation. For work we contract, liability is governed by the contract.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

This site links out to tools, documentation and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies. Read their terms before you use them.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming, United States, where the company is registered. Disputes we cannot settle by discussion fall to the courts of that state.
This does not exclude the rights that mandatory law gives you as a consumer in your country of residence. If you are a consumer in the European Union or Serbia, those rights apply regardless of this clause.
An individual engagement contract may specify a different governing law and jurisdiction. In that case what the contract says applies.
We may change these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page, with the date at the top. For work already under way, the version in force when the quote was signed applies.
